From series “Faces of freedom"
This project is about the protection of your freedom, about the bravery which you need to have to protect yourself, your country, and your future.
I’m using military balaclavas for the base and adding embroidery patterns on it. Patterns include national embroidery techniques of nations who became independent from Russia after collapse of the Soviet Union.
This part of project was realized at Schiesslhaus AIR Residency.
